Deirdre, who lives in the South West of Ireland, is a passionate and experienced relationship psychotherapist with over 13 years of clinical practice. Renowned for her warm, engaging presence and heartfelt communication style, she has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Alongside her one-to-one therapeutic work, Deirdre has designed and delivered impactful workshops in schools, colleges, workplaces, and community settings. Her commitment lies in educating and empowering individuals, particularly those who may not have had access to relationship education, with the knowledge and tools to build healthier, more conscious connections.
